I am so happy to unveil my “Chat-Cast” called, Zoom-Out and here is the first episode. Why am I calling it a Chat-Cast*? Only because we are talking about the #Futureofwork and it is about innovation and iteration and I believe this format will help you resonate better with the speakers and also spend some time being with them in the conversation and make it very personal to you.

*Actually my friend and guide Tabish Sangrar, Founder Aiolos and an Angel Investor coined this term and not me!

The first #1 episode, is an interview with Minaxi Indra, President and Head of UpGrad for Business and we talk about #Upskilling, #Reskilling and how should both organisations and employees work together to draw out individual career paths.

I really do hope you find the format interesting. We have not kept it too long (intentionally) and have also tried to do the topic justice.
